Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer support group, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical guidance and responsive service to our customers and distributors.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in laboratory technology and experience working with diagnostic equipment. You will be able to analyze complex problems, provide creative solutions, and communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that improve customer experience and equipment uptime. Key Responsibilities:Maintain direct contact with customers and distributors, supporting our diagnostic products and services across pre- and post-sales activities.
Collaborate with internal teams to help achieve maintenance service goals and support technical and commercial success.
Respond to product-related inquiries, complaints, and troubleshooting needs with professionalism and care.
Provide prompt tele-remote support, gather and analyze customer feedback, and generate insightful reports for internal improvement.
Act independently within company policies and serve as a key knowledge resource for colleagues with less experience, offering guidance and mentorship.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that improve customer experience and equipment uptime.
Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or a related scientific field.
1–2 years of practical laboratory experience, preferably in clinical chemistry or immunology.
Strong interest in customer-facing support roles, with a focus on relationship building and solution delivery.
Good communication and presentation skills, confident in handling both technical and service-related queries.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with data analysis tools; experience with CISCO systems is a plus.
Working knowledge of Cobas 4000/6000, Cobas Pure, or Cobas Pro diagnostic platforms.
Able to work in a fully office-based position at our Karachi office and comfortable working in a structured environment with minimal supervision.
