As a Senior Executive, Telesales, you will play a crucial role in expanding our business by identifying and onboarding new restaurant partners. Your primary responsibility will be to handle inbound inquiries from potential restaurant owners and home chefs interested in joining our platform.

You will research and identify potential restaurant partners and home chefs through offline channels such as local directories, industry events, and referrals. Once identified, you will establish and maintain strong relationships with these potential partners, providing them with information about our services, benefits, and pricing.

About the Role

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Assessing the suitability of potential partners based on our criteria, ensuring they meet our quality standards.
  • Conducting persuasive sales presentations over the phone, demonstrating the value of joining our platform.
  • Negotiating terms and agreements with potential partners, addressing their concerns and objections effectively.
  • Assisting in onboarding, ensuring partners have all the necessary information and resources to get started.
  • Meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly acquisition targets and KPIs.
