At the forefront of technological advancements, we seek a skilled Backend Development Leader to spearhead our PDF project. This critical role demands an individual with 5+ years of hands-on experience in Node.js (Express/Nest JS), database design, cloud services, and backend integrations.

This position is pivotal in maintaining and optimizing our service-oriented and microservice architecture. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and developing complex features and systems, ensuring scalability, security, and maintainability.

  • Develop high-quality code adhering to company engineering practices, including CI/CD and secure coding.
  • Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to ensure technical direction aligns with business goals.
  • Communicate technical solutions effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Mentor junior engineers and mentees fostering technical growth and sharing best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Backend Developer in production environments.
  • Proficient in Node.js (Express or NestJS frameworks).
  • Strong hands-on experience with PostgreSQL, HTTP protocols, RESTful APIs, web services, and Git version control.
  • Familiarity with AWS services, cloud infrastructure concepts, backend deployments, and server monitoring/logging tools.
  • Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and automation tools.
