Outbound Call Center Representative

We are seeking a highly organized and disciplined individual to engage with customers over the phone, persuade their interests, and build strong relationships.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and presentation skills, be able to manage multiple responsibilities with high attention to detail, and demonstrate professionalism in every interaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Learn and prepare effective communication scripts with good attention to details.
  • Communicate and pitch the script positively to customers on regular basis.
  • Use learned tips to engage customers and qualify them according to given criterion.
  • Keep note of details provided by customers and submit them to company's database.
  • Attend training sessions to continuously improve your skill set and performance.
  • Increase your performance consistently & generate maximum productivity.
  • Maintain good relation with your team, demonstrate discipline and professionalism.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Intermediate education is required.
  • Previous experience in a US/UK based call center/telemarketing project is preferred.
  • Good English speaking, listening and customer engagement skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple responsibilities with a high attention to detail and professionalism.
