We are seeking a highly motivated Freight Specialist to join our team at Pak Group of Companies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect new business opportunities via sales activities and cold-calling.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-ups.
  • Determine client shipping needs and negotiate air and sea freights with carriers.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure timely delivery of client freight loads.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of logistics and supply chain management, excellent communication skills, and a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in handling air and sea freight.

Essential Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 to 3 years experience in handling air and sea freight.
  • Good relationships with Air and Sea Lines.
  • Excellent communication skills, problem-solving, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Negotiation skills in air and sea freight with Air/Shipping lines and customers.
