Job Title: Video Content Manager

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Video Content Manager to lead our video editing team and oversee the production of high-quality video content.

About the Role:
  • Lead day-to-day operations of the video editing team, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality video content.
  • Manage project allocation, timelines, and workflow to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, internal teams, and creatives, translating feedback into actionable results.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Team Management & Supervision: Lead the video editing team, overseeing daily operations, and managing project workflows.
  2. Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality video content.
  3. Workflow & System Optimization: Identify areas for improvement in current systems and implement solutions to increase efficiency and productivity.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in video production or a related field.
  • Prior leadership experience is a strong plus.
  • Proficient understanding of video editing software and workflows.
  • Strong communication, delegation, and time-management skills.
  • Familiarity with creative tools and automation software.
