This Healthcare Trainer will be responsible for conducting needs assessments, developing and coordinating education plans, and evaluating the effectiveness of educational programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct needs assessments and develop education plans
  • Coordinate orientation of new staff and develop core education addressing patient population-specific nursing care
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs and make recommendations for improvement
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
  • 5 years of relevant experience in healthcare education
  • Expertise in adult learning principles and instructional design
