Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective hiring strategies, post job ads, screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate onboarding processes.
  • Serve as the point of contact for staff, addressing inquiries, resolving workplace issues, and fostering a positive work culture.
  • Support managers in setting performance goals, conducting performance reviews, and implementing development plans.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment laws and company policies to ensure compliance and best practices.
  • Manage employee records, handle payroll queries in collaboration with the finance team, and oversee benefits administration.
  • Identify training needs, arrange and deliver training programs, and evaluate their effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 2 months of experience in HR or a related role (entry-level candidates with strong HR internships or relevant coursework will also be considered).

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Proficiency in HR software and MS Office tools
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
