Client Support Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Support Lead to oversee our Recruitment and Overseas Visa Assistance Department.

Key Responsibilities

  8. Develop innovative solutions to enhance service efficiency and effectiveness, staying ahead of the competition.
  9. Provide guidance and support to junior staff members as needed, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development.
  10. Pursue ongoing professional growth through training and workshops, staying updated on industry trends and developments.
