Automation and Cyber Security Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Automation and Cyber Security Expert to lead our team in ensuring the smooth operation of automation and control systems at our site.
Key Responsibilities:- Leading Deployment and Monitoring: Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards by implementing industry best practices for OT and cyber security engineering.
- Critical Project Delivery: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver strategic engineering projects, participate in audit strategy, and provide expertise on facility investment plan deployment.
- Driving Operational Excellence: Develop and implement solutions and processes through automation to enhance operational tech, quality, and EHS compliance.
- Industry 4.0 Best Practices: Provide guidelines and tools based on Industry 4.0 best practices for business processes related to engineering maintenance, calibration, and data management.
- Degree and Experience: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical, Electronic, or relevant field, with 4-5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Skill Set: Strategic mindset, problem-solving skills, ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
