This role requires an individual who can handle patient-related issues with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency. As a Patient Advocate Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring a positive patient experience by addressing and resolving inquiries daily.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer incoming calls from patients promptly and professionally.
  • Manage patient refunds efficiently.
  • Take credit card payments via telephone.
  • Print patient statements and other requested information from the practice management system.
  • Email requested information to patients upon request.

You will be responsible for documenting patient interactions and issues accurately in the system, collaborating with other departments as needed to resolve patient concerns, and ensuring seamless service.

  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations and manage multiple tasks effectively.
