We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive IT Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for providing technical assistance and resolving issues related to hardware, software, and networks.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide timely and effective technical support to ensure smooth operation of our IT systems.
  2. Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows and macOS operating systems and applications.
  3. Assist users with queries via ticketing systems or in-person.
  4. Set up new user workstations, accounts, email, and access permissions.
  5. Troubleshoot network connectivity problems (LAN/Wi-Fi).
  6. Maintain inventory of IT equipment and software assets.
  7. Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams.
  8. Contribute to documentation and knowledge base articles.
  9. Ensure security compliance (antivirus, updates, password policies).
  10. Support onboarding/offboarding processes.
  11. Experience with remote support tools (e.g., AnyDesk, TeamViewer, RDP).
  12. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  13. Ability to multitask and work independently.
  14. Collaborate with cloud administrators to manage Azure-based infrastructure, including virtual machines, storage accounts, networking, and resource groups.
  15. Monitor system performance, availability, and security using Azure Monitor and other tools.
  16. Implement and manage backup, disaster recovery, and failover strategies.
  17. Perform routine maintenance tasks using PowerShell, Azure CLI, or other scripting tools.
  18. Maintain identity and access management using Azure Active Directory.
  19. Work with development and security teams to ensure best practices in deployment and operations.
  20. Respond to incidents, troubleshoot system issues, and perform root cause analysis.
