We are seeking a skilled freelance bidder to manage online job postings on various platforms including Upwork, Freelancer, and Toptal. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and bidding on relevant projects posted on multiple job boards.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a strategic approach to secure high-quality projects that align with our company's expertise and goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and analyze job postings on multiple platforms to identify relevant projects.
  • Write and submit compelling proposals tailored to each project's requirements.
  • Maintain a high bid conversion rate by understanding client needs and presenting our services effectively.
  • Communicate with potential clients to clarify project details and requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment on project scope and capabilities.
  • Keep track of all bid submissions, follow-ups, and responses in a systematic manner.
  • Provide regular updates on bid status and outcomes to the management team.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve bidding success and client acquisition.
