This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Admin Manager to join our team. As an Admin Manager, you will be responsible for generating day reports of various departments, including accounts, transport, administration, production, general ledgers, costing, A/R, and A/P.
The ideal candidate will have a sound knowledge of accounting systems and be able to handle administrative tasks with ease. They must also be able to work independently and make decisions without supervision.
Responsibilities and Requirements- Report Generation: Generate daily reports for various departments, including accounts, transport, administration, production, general ledgers, costing, A/R, and A/P.
- Accounting System Knowledge: Possess a sound knowledge of accounting systems and be able to use them effectively.
- Administrative Tasks: Handle administrative tasks, including but not limited to, maintaining records, managing supplies, and coordinating events.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Computer Knowledge: Have a good understanding of computer systems and software applications.
- Quick Book/Peach Tree: Be familiar with Quick Book and Peach Tree accounting systems.
- Accounting System Expertise: Possess expertise in accounting systems, including financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
