Highly skilled sachet machine operators are required to manage and operate sachet packaging machines efficiently. This role involves ensuring the accurate and efficient packaging of products, as well as setting up the machines, adjusting settings, and calibrating them for different product types and sizes.

Job Requirements
  1. Machine Operation: Operating sachet packaging machines with manual and auto settings to ensure precise and efficient packaging of products.
  2. Setup and Calibration: Configuring and calibrating the machine for various product types and sizes to meet production demands.
  3. Quality Control: Monitoring the packaging process to guarantee that sachets are filled correctly and sealed properly, adhering to quality standards.
  4. Troubleshooting: Identifying and resolving issues during production, such as jams, misfeeds, or malfunctions, to minimize downtime.
  5. Maintenance: Performing regular maintenance tasks like cleaning, lubricating, and inspecting the machine to maintain its smooth operation.
  6. Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of production output, machine settings, and any encountered issues.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  1. Mechanical Aptitude: Understanding the basic mechanical components of sachet packaging machines and troubleshooting mechanical issues.
  2. Attention to Detail: Ensuring each sachet is filled accurately and sealed according to specifications.
  3. Problem Solving: Quickly identifying and resolving production issues to minimize downtime.
