Career Development Specialist

We are seeking a motivated individual to take on the role of Career Development Specialist. This position is ideal for candidates with no prior experience who are eager to learn and grow with our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in customer service and administrative support tasks, managing and organizing files and documents efficiently, and supporting projects and daily operational tasks across various sectors of the company.
Main Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service and administrative support to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
- Manage and maintain accurate and organized files and documents, ensuring easy access and retrieval as needed.
- Support project teams and contribute to the success of daily operational tasks, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve common goals.
- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with a keen sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of computer tools and software applications, with a willingness to learn and develop new skills.
