Business Intelligence Specialist

As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in translating business objectives into actionable requirements. You will work closely with stakeholders and the product team to understand their needs and develop clear, effective solutions.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Designing mockups and wireframes using Figma or similar tools to visually represent requirements and proposed solutions.
  • Conducting market and competitor research to inform product development.
  • Gathering, documenting, and analyzing business requirements, workflows, and data flows.
  • Supporting product backlog grooming, sprint planning, and user story creation.
  • Assisting in defining KPIs and tracking product performance.
  • Communicating findings and insights through reports, dashboards, and presentations.

In addition to these key responsibilities, we are seeking candidates with a strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills.

If you have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field and 1.5 to 2.5 years of experience in a Business Analyst role, preferably in a product-driven environment, we encourage you to apply.

Qualifications:

Required Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good understanding of product development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
