About the Role

\

We are seeking a highly skilled Semiconductor Assembly Leader to lead our assembly and packaging team.

\

The successful candidate will be responsible for improving and optimizing the assembly and packaging process to enhance yield, reliability, and efficiency. This includes researching and developing new improved manufacturing assembly concepts, documenting and implementing well-defined assembly processes, commissioning and evaluating new assembly equipment, and collaborating with other engineers to solve complex engineering issues.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of semiconductor assembly and packaging processes, including wafer cleaving, die attachment, wire bonding, etc. They should also have excellent analytical skills to identify and resolve process issues effectively, as well as experience in process/product FMEA practices and root cause analysis skills.

\

Additionally, the candidate should be proficient in typical process control tools such as Statistical Process Control (SPC) and Pareto Analysis, and have a deep understanding of lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma Methodologies (DMAIC framework).
