As a fast-paced organization, we are seeking a seasoned talent acquisition professional to join our team as a Social Media Talent Sourcer. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and organized individual to take ownership of our social media recruitment efforts.

Job Overview:

The successful candidate will be responsible for leveraging social media platforms to identify, engage, and attract top talent for various roles within our organization. Your daily tasks will include creating and implementing sourcing strategies, collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements, and screening and qualifying candidates to ensure a good match for current and future positions.

  • Leverage LinkedIn, job boards, and other online platforms to source high-quality candidates.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential candidates to build a strong pipeline of talent.
  • Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to create effective sourcing strategies.
  • Screen and qualify candidates to ensure a good match for current and future positions.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • At least 2 years' experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using LinkedIn and other sourcing tools (job boards, networking platforms, ATS, CRM etc.).
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Tech-savviness with proficiency in MS Office Word/Excel/PowerPoint.
  • Self-motivation, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
