We are seeking a highly skilled Visual Communication Designer to join our Creative Team.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a creative individual to design and deliver visual designs in a cross-functional team. The role will be responsible for designing brand identity, creating high-quality visual assets, and contributing to event branding.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design brand and culture content for social media (static, animated, or interactive).
  • Contribute to event branding: booths, career fairs, sponsorships, and internal activations.
  • Create high-quality visual assets: standees, backdrops, posters, presentations, etc.
  • Design and iterate on UI/UX for websites, microsites, and landing pages.
  • Build and maintain templates for social, marketing, and digital stationery.
  • Collaborate with developers to implement responsive, high-performance UI.
  • Contribute to fast-paced content creation across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.

  • Design Passion: You're genuinely excited about visual storytelling and love using design to make experiences memorable and impactful.
  • Proactive personality, self-motivated with excitement to put in ideas in front of the HR and management teams.
  • Good communication skills in English to be able to engage effectively with our marketing team and international clients.
  • Good knowledge of design and collaboration tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Invision, Sketch, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects.
  • Knowledge and awareness of web and mobile designs, UX design, and tools like Figma, Zeplin, and Sketch would be a big plus.
  • Attention to Detail is a must.
  • Ability to step back and see the whole ecosystem and ensure that they provide designs that enhance the entire environment.
