We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive business analyst to join our client's team in DHA Phase 8, Lahore.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in gathering requirements, preparing technical documentation, and working closely with cross-functional teams to support agile development processes.

This is a full-time onsite position with a night shift schedule aligned to US EST hours.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation such as BRDs (Business Requirement Documents) and SRS (System Requirement Specifications).
  • Develop process flowcharts and detailed user stories.
  • Collaborate with technical teams using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Utilize project management tools like JIRA to manage workflows and tasks.
  • Maintain a basic understanding of programming languages such as ReactJS, Java, and Python to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical teams.

Required Experience & Skills:

  • 3–5 years of experience as a business analyst in a software development environment.
  • Strong skills in documentation, process analysis, and user story creation.
  • Familiarity with Agile practices and tools such as Scrum and JIRA.
  • Basic technical knowledge of front-end and back-end technologies (ReactJS, Java, Python) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
