Global Fitness App Growth Strategist

We are seeking an experienced and strategic professional to lead our growth initiatives and scale our user base worldwide.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive app growth strategies, focusing on user acquisition, retention, and monetization.
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities for growth across diverse global markets.
Key Strategies
  • User Acquisition: Plan and manage paid acquisition campaigns across platforms, optimizing campaigns using data-driven insights to maximize ROI and minimize CAC.
  • Retention & Engagement: Design and implement user engagement and retention strategies through personalized push notifications, in-app messaging, email marketing, and gamification.
  • ASO (App Store Optimization): Optimize app store listings to improve visibility and conversions, conducting keyword research, A/B testing, and managing app store assets for global audiences.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in app growth, preferably for global-scale apps in the fitness, health, or wellness industry.
  • Proven track record of scaling apps across multiple countries and regions.
  • Expertise in paid media, ASO, and user engagement strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Adjust, or Mixpanel.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the fitness or health tech space and be able to leverage their expertise to drive growth and success.
