Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Senior Digital Transformation Specialist to join our team. As a key member, you will play a pivotal role in driving innovative solutions for academic and administrative systems across universities and colleges.


The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, with the ability to gather, document, and analyze business requirements. You should be able to prepare detailed documentation, including BRDs, SRS, and Use Cases, as well as develop interactive wireframes and prototypes.


In addition, you will translate business needs into functional/technical specifications for development and QA teams, conduct gap analysis, feasibility studies, and impact assessments, and facilitate requirement validation sessions and UAT.


You will work closely with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop strategic solutions to drive digital transformation in the education sector.



Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
  • Prepare detailed documentation, including:
    • Business Requirements Document (BRD)
    • Software Requirements Specification (SRS)
    • Use Cases & Process Flow Diagrams (As-Is/To-Be)


  • Translate business needs into functional/technical specifications for development and QA teams.
  • Develop interactive wireframes and prototypes.
  • Conduct gap analysis, feasibility studies, and impact assessments.
  • Facilitate requirement validation sessions and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Ensure requirement traceability across the SDLC.


Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Strong analytical skills with 3+ years of hands-on experience as a System Analyst or Business Analyst.
  • Proficiency with prototyping tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch) and diagramming tools (Miro, Lucidchart).
  • Proven ability to write BRDs, SRS, and Use Cases.
  • Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
