Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team. This remote position plays a key role in delivering exceptional customer service, managing leads, and ensuring the success of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead Management:
    • Handle and respond to leads through WhatsApp, focusing on converting leads into customers.
    • Cross-sell products like on-site repair services, screen protectors, and phone covers.
  2. Customer Service:
    • Address and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
    • Schedule repair services and pick-up/drop-off appointments with technicians.
  3. Vendor and Quotation Management:
    • Obtain pricing details from vendors as needed.
    • Create and share accurate quotations and invoices with clients.
  4. Sales Pipeline Updates:
    • Regularly update the Sales Pipeline Sheet to track customer progress and lead conversions.
  5. Marketing:
    • Conduct WhatsApp marketing campaigns every 15 days based on the Sales Pipeline Sheet.
Requirements:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and manage tasks remotely.
  • Organized and detail-oriented with good multitasking abilities.
  • Basic proficiency in creating quotations and managing spreadsheets.
