We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team at Rapid Route Logistics. In this role, you will play a critical part in driving revenue growth and contributing to the success of our sales department.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed targets, utilizing your excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Build strong relationships with clients and prospects through consistent communication and follow-up
- Stay informed about industry trends and developments in logistics and supply chain management to provide expert guidance to clients
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify new business opportunities and drive growth
Requirements:
- Possess a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Knowledge of logistics and supply chain management a plus
