Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled BBQ Chef to join our team. As a BBQ Chef, you will be responsible for preparing meals in accordance with customers' preferences.

  1. Slice, cut, shred, tenderize, and skewer meat and vegetables.
  2. Braise and grill meat and vegetables.
  3. Ensure that ingredients remain fresh and safe for consumption.
  4. Liaise with waitstaff once orders are finalized.
  5. Track the components of each meal to ensure timely completion.

Job Specification:

Requirements
  1. High school diploma or equivalent.
  2. Prior experience as a cook, preferably with a focus on grilling.
  3. Desire for continuous learning and professional development.
  4. Capacity to stand for long hours.
  5. Thorough knowledge of food safety guidelines.
  6. Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
  7. Level-headed with outstanding interpersonal skills.
