Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Deputy Chief Manager Land Estate Management to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Land Acquisition Planning: Assist in planning land acquisition activities for transmission pipeline projects, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Document Collection: Coordinate with Planning and Development to collect necessary documents, including drawings, pipeline route details, and installation of markers.
  • Preliminary Surveys: Participate in planning and conducting preliminary surveys for land acquisition purposes.
  • Damage Assessment: Determine accurate damages to owners' properties within the Right of Way and negotiate compensation amounts.
  • Notification Issuance: Issue notifications for land acquisition, as required.
  • Clearance Process: Supervise the land acquisition and clearance process for transmission and distribution projects, ensuring timely completion.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Law Graduate: Hold a law degree and have at least 8 years of relevant experience.
  • Bar Enrollment: Be enrolled as a bar member for at least 3 years.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Analytical Skills: Demonstrate strong analytical skills, with the ability to assess risks and develop response strategies.
