Job Title: E-commerce Marketplace Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled marketplace specialist to manage our presence across multiple online marketplaces. This role involves overseeing the optimization of product listings, managing pay-per-click campaigns, and analyzing sales data to improve overall performance.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Marketplace Management:
    1. Amazon Marketplace:
  • Create and optimize product listings, including titles, descriptions, images, and keywords.
  • Manage PPC campaigns, promotions, and sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Monitor inventory levels, pricing, and ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Analyze sales data and customer feedback to enhance product rankings.
Facebook Marketplace:
  • Manage product listings, customer inquiries, and sales conversions on Facebook Marketplace.
  • Develop strategies to boost product visibility and generate sales.
  • Stay up-to-date on Facebook Marketplace tools and algorithms.
TikTok Marketplace:
  • Upload, manage, and optimize listings for TikTok Marketplace.
  • Engage with trends and implement creative strategies to leverage TikTok's potential for products.
  • Coordinate with the content team to create engaging videos highlighting featured products.
Social Media Engagement:
  • Monitor social media channels and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly.
  • Increase followers, engagement, and brand awareness through strategic campaigns and community management.
Performance Tracking & Reporting:
  • Track and analyze marketplace and social media metrics (e.g., sales, traffic, engagement) and prepare performance reports.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data to improve campaigns and overall performance.

Qualifications:

  1. Proven experience in managing Amazon, Facebook, and TikTok marketplaces.
  2. Strong understanding of PPC, SEO, and algorithm-driven sales optimization on Amazon.
  3. Experience with social media management, including content creation and campaign management.
  4. Proficiency with tools like Amazon Seller Central, Facebook Marketplace, and TikTok Marketplace.
  5. Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights for improvement.
  6. Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.

Preferred Skills:

  1. Experience with additional marketplaces (e.g., Etsy, eBay).
  2. Familiarity with social media management platforms.
  3. Basic graphic design or video editing skills.
  4. Knowledge of influencer marketing on TikTok and Instagram.
