Web Development Leadership Position

We are looking for an experienced Web Development leader to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for designing and developing applications that meet customer requirements.

  • Design and develop applications that meet customer requirements.
  • Coordinate with the Product Manager to clarify any queries or requirements.
  • Select and use the best possible methods and components to design and develop systems.

Main Responsibilities

  • Share information and get realistic time estimates from the team for all assigned tasks.
  • Share time estimates of the resources with PMO.
  • Review code of reporting resources in a timely manner.
  • Maintain strong liaison with stakeholders for timely issue reporting.
  • Perform sanity/smoke tests before submitting tasks for QA testing.
  • Resolve issues reported in QA feedback in a timely manner.
  • Takes ownership of assigned resources and projects from inception to delivery.
  • Leads a team and guides team resources to ensure client needs are met.
  • Write efficient reusable software code to meet deadlines.
  • Adhere to programming standards and defined SOPs for code standardization.

Expected Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in web application development using .NET.
  • Knowledge of HTML 5 is a plus.
  • Leadership and team building skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to drive projects from start to finish with minimal supervision.
  • Able to deliver under tight deadlines.
