
Solar Energy Sales Consultant

We are seeking a proactive and articulate sales professional to join our dynamic team in the Solar EPC industry.
- Contact potential clients via phone or email to introduce our solar solutions and educate them about the benefits of renewable energy.
- Qualify leads and identify customer needs to tailor sales approaches and schedule appointments for follow-up.
- Explain complex concepts simply and understandably, highlighting the advantages of our solar solutions and addressing any customer objections.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and updates in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to achieve lead targets and contribute to the company's growth.
About the Role:
This is an entry-level position requiring 1.5-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a Solar EPC company.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong understanding of solar energy solutions, and proficiency in CRM software and telephony systems.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle and follow up leads generated from all channels of marketing.
* Engage in cold calling to potential customers to introduce our solar solutions.
* Explain the benefits of solar energy and our services clearly and convincingly.
* Qualify leads and identify customer needs to tailor sales approaches.
* Schedule appointments for the sales team to follow up with potential clients.
* Answer customer inquiries and provide detailed information about our products.
* Coordinate with the Sales team for follow-up of enquiries, proposals, deal closing, invoicing, and payment recovery.
* Maintain a thorough understanding of the solar industry and our product offerings.
* Update customer information accurately in the CRM system.
* Achieve lead targets and contribute to the company's growth.
* Handle customer objections and provide appropriate solutions.
* Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
* Follow and diligently execute the sales plan.
