Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective strategies for managing digital learning systems, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with vendors to maintain and enhance digital learning resources, meeting organizational standards and user requirements.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in planning, implementing, and evaluating digital learning initiatives.
  • Provide expert guidance on digital learning best practices, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Ensure staff training on digital learning technologies, maximizing user adoption and engagement.
  • Analyze digital learning metrics to inform strategic decisions, driving continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • A Master's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or Project Management from a recognized university or institute.
  • Three to five years of hands-on experience in digital learning solutions, project management, with expertise in stakeholder coordination, vendor management, and system administration.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Proficient in LMS platforms such as Moodle, Blackboard, Canvas, or similar, course structuring, content management, user support, and collaboration with internal teams and IT.
  • Strong leadership and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
