Senior Web Developer Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Web Developer to join our team. This is a key role in the development of modern web applications using the latest back-end and front-end technologies.

  1. Lead the timely planning and implementation of web projects, ensuring seamless execution and delivery within set timelines.
  2. Develop high-quality code, collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and optimize application performance.
  3. Work closely with stakeholders to define project requirements, create detailed project plans, and monitor progress to achieve desired outcomes.
  4. Foster strong relationships with team members and other stakeholders, facilitating open communication and collaboration across all technical and management levels.
  5. Take ownership of projects from inception to completion, ensuring successful client communication and day-to-day task management.
  6. Be flexible with working hours when required to manage calls with clients.
Key Responsibilities
  • Minimum 5 years of overall experience in technical web development.
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Laravel Framework.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in Core PHP & MYSQL.
  • Strong knowledge of WordPress Websites.
  • Clear understanding of Object-Oriented Programming Concepts.
  • Proficient in methodologies like agile/scrum.
  • Hands-on experience with MVC architecture.
  • Ability to write and consume RESTful Web Services.
  • Capacity to work under tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • Experience with SVN, GitHub or similar.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
