Job Description:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a quality management system that aligns with ISO 9001 standards. They will review and update quality policies, procedures, and documentation to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 requirements.

Key responsibilities include leading the implementation and maintenance of the ISO 9001 Quality Management System, overseeing the design and execution of quality control processes, and developing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) related to quality.

The successful candidate will also foster a culture of continuous improvement within the organization, propose and implement improvements based on data analysis and trends, and plan and conduct regular internal audits to assess compliance with ISO 9001 standards.

Requirements:Qualification and Experience:
  • Proven experience in quality management or a related field, preferably with 2+ years of experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in quality management, business administration, or a related field.
  • Certification in quality management, such as Certified Quality Manager or ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, is highly desirable.
  • Experience in implementing and maintaining ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems is essential.
  • Strong understanding of quality principles, processes, and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and influence cross-functional teams.
Work Details:
  • Work from office environment.
  • Shift time: 12pm-9pm UK Time (8am-5pm).
  • Location: Bahria Town Ph 7 Office.
