Scrum Master Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Scrum Master to join our team.

The successful candidate will have strong expertise in Agile methodologies, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

This is a mid-senior level role that requires a deep understanding of Scrum techniques and artifacts, as well as proficiency in Agile frameworks and tools.

The ideal candidate will be able to translate business requirements into clear, actionable user stories, define precise acceptance criteria, and establish a clear Definition of Done.

In addition to these technical skills, the successful candidate will possess excellent coordination and leadership skills, with the ability to deliver high-quality outcomes within timelines and milestones.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about Agile, has a results-driven focus, and can track progress using metrics such as burndown charts and velocity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delegate tasks appropriately and encourage collaboration and transparency among team members.
  • Identify and procure resources to meet tactical project specifications.
  • Facilitate sprint planning meetings and daily stand-up meetings for smaller, tactical projects.
  • Provide burndown and other weekly reports to stakeholders.
  • Codify the team on Agile methodologies and ensure the team adheres to the implemented Scrum process.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2–5 years of experience in an agile Scrum Master role.
  • Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (e.g., definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement).
  • Good knowledge of Agile frameworks and tools: Scrum, Kanban, Azure DevOps, Jira and Confluence.
