The Senior Manager – Corporate Relationship & Business Development role is a key leadership position responsible for expanding business networks, fostering strategic partnerships, and ensuring exceptional service delivery to corporate partners.

This role oversees business partner onboarding, market research, competitor analysis, licensing acquisition, and the expansion of new pay-out corridors. As the primary representative of ACE for business partners, this role ensures strategic alignment, compliance, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Negotiate agreements with new business partners, define SLAs, and ensure regulatory compliance.
  2. Work with cross-functional teams to streamline onboarding procedures and enhance partner experience.

Expansion of Pay-out Corridors:

  1. Identify opportunities to expand ACE's pay-out network in key markets and high-demand regions.
  2. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to establish new corridors, negotiate favourable terms, and ensure smooth integration.

Licensing & Regulatory Compliance:

  1. Develop a comprehensive licensing strategy for ACE's global operations.
  2. Manage licensing applications, renewals, and regulatory approvals to ensure compliance across multiple jurisdictions.

Market Research & Competitive Analysis:

  1. Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends, business opportunities, and competitive threats.
  2. Analyse competitor strategies to drive business differentiation and strategic decision-making.

Strategic Business Development & Relationship Management:

  1. Develop and implement growth strategies aligned with ACE's business objectives.
  2. Establish and maintain strong relationships with corporate partners, including banks, financial institutions, and money service businesses (MSBs).
  3. Act as the primary point of contact for business partners, handling escalations and ensuring prompt resolution of issues.
  4. Secure approval for new business partners and maintain consistent communication.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  1. Collaborate with sales, compliance, finance, product, and marketing teams to drive business initiatives.
  2. Provide strategic insights based on market research and partner feedback.

Departmental Leadership & People Management:

  1. Oversee departmental operations, ensuring strategic alignment with company objectives.
  2. Recruit, train, and mentor staff, fostering a high-performance culture.
  3. Develop and implement SOPs, KPIs, and performance evaluation frameworks for the department.
