Job Description:

We are seeking a Deposit Relationship Officer-Deposits who will be responsible for executing customer acquisition strategies to build a healthy portfolio for liability growth and cross-sell targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer relationship management, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences

- Identify opportunities for deposit growth and develop effective sales and marketing strategies

- Establish and maintain good relationships with key potential clients, developing these into successful business relationships

- Monitor and assess the activities of competitors to proactively satisfy and retain clients

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree from a reputable institution; however, an MBA is preferable

- At least 1-2 years' experience in a related field

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
