Coffee Professional

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Coffee Professional to join our team. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality coffee drinks, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

About the Role:
  • Preparation of coffee drinks using espresso machines, grinders, and other equipment
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Providing excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly
  • Working effectively as part of a team, supporting colleagues during peak periods
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced cafe or restaurant environment
  • Strong knowledge of coffee preparation methods, including espresso, pour-over, and drip brewing
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently
