Visual Communications Specialist

We are seeking a creative and skilled Visual Communications Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for designing visually appealing marketing materials, including brochures, banners, social media graphics, email templates, document design, presentation design, and customized infographics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design engaging visual content that communicates the company's message effectively.
  • Develop branding materials, including logos and style guides, that align with the company's brand identity.
  • Collaborate with various departments to understand and meet their design requirements.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and technologies to bring innovative ideas to the table.
  • Take ownership of projects from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality, timely deliverables.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop creative ideas.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • Approximately 1 year of experience in multimedia designing or related work.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.).
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (PowerPoint Presentation, Word, Excel, etc.).
  • Additional skills in Adobe After Effects and 2D animation will be a plus.
  • Familiarity with Canva for elementary creatives.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creativity.
  • Good understanding of color theory, typography, and layout principles.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to take constructive feedback and implement changes quickly.
