Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to lead our sales team in Karachi, Pakistan. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in FMCG/Pharma sales and a proven track record of success in sales management.

About the Role:

  • Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and grow market share
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve processes
  • Conduct regular sales performance reviews and provide coaching and feedback to team members

Requirements:

  • 8-10 years of experience in FMCG/Pharma sales, preferably in a leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of sales operations and sales management principles
  • Proven track record of success in sales management and team leadership
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
