About Us

We are a dynamic team of software developers seeking a skilled web application developer with expertise in Python and React to join our ranks. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of complex web applications, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and participate in code reviews to share knowledge with the team.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Develop and maintain web applications using Python (Django) and React.js.
  2. Work closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver high-quality solutions.
  3. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
  4. Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and responsiveness.
  5. Debug and resolve technical issues across the stack.

Requirements

  1. 4–6 years of professional experience in software development.
  2. Proficiency in Python: Strong experience with Python frameworks such as Django.
  3. Expertise in React: Expertise in React.js and front-end technologies like JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
  4. Database Knowledge: Familiarity with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB).
  5. Version Control: Proficient with Git and collaborative workflows (e.g., GitFlow).
  6. Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  7. Agile Methodology: Experience working in Agile/Scrum development processes.

Bonus Qualifications

  1. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
  2. Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
  3. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
  4. Understanding of testing frameworks (e.g., pytest, Jest, React Testing Library).
  5. Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Context API) and component-based architecture.
