Job Specification

We are looking for a well-rounded Senior Graphic Designer/Visual with 2-5 years of experience in creating beautiful graphics design projects. Ideal candidates will have a solid portfolio demonstrating their ability to design visually impressive interface designs that consider consistency in user journey and overall user experience.

  1. Design new and maintain existing mobile applications, web applications & product webpages.
  2. Actively investigate new tools & techniques to solve product design challenges.
  3. Collaborate with Product, Operations & Development to define clear requirements, deliverables, and milestones.
  4. Brainstorm broad concepts and ideas into a consumable, tangible objective.
  5. Design flows, experiences, and pixel-perfect mockups with product specs that can be prototyped and refined in partnership with the engineering team.
  6. Design a wide range of projects and campaigns (e.g. web, mobile) to create innovative design concepts that get results.
  7. Make and present design recommendations to team mates, and help clients tell their story through design that captures eyes, minds, and hearts.
  8. Generating unique and imaginative designs and concepts.
  9. Use feedback constructively and stand up for quality and reasoning behind design decisions.
  10. See projects through completion from start to finish, on time.
Key Requirements:
  1. Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
  2. Resource should have experience of brand profiling, wireframes and ability to take ideas and turn them into clear, informative visualizations.
  3. Strong online portfolio showing functional UI design.
  4. Significant work experience creating functional user interface designs.
  5. Strong artistic vision and ability to communicate it.
  6. Determination to do what's best for the user, product and brand even when it doesn't align with personal style or preference.
  7. Practical knowledge of User Experience/Interaction Design and prototyping.
  8. Willingness to accept constructive criticism and iterate on designs as part of a team.
  9. Ability to manage time and multiple deadlines effectively.
  10. Basic animation and compositing experience.
  11. Must have designed interfaces for IOS and Android.
