Senior Architectural Professional

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Architect to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our architectural design department, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality designs that meet the needs of our clients.

  • Develop and implement design solutions that meet client requirements and comply with RIBA standards.
  • Collaborate with other professionals, including quantity surveyors and structural engineers, to deliver comprehensive construction projects.
  • Prepare and present detailed project proposals, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
  • Conduct site inspections and design reviews to ensure all architectural work meets client specifications and regulatory requirements.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
  • Certification or familiarity with RIBA standards and practices.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in architectural design and project management.
  • Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and 3D modeling tools.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Bonus points if you have experience with:

  • Project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall.
  • Building information modeling (BIM) and computer-aided design (CAD) software.
  • Design visualization and rendering techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate architectural design teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and innovation.
