About the Role

The Operations Coordinator Assistant Manager is a critical role within our organization, requiring a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can effectively coordinate with various departments and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with various departments to gather and review monthly data, ensuring timely submission to the Commercial Manager at Head Office.
  • Liaise with the Safety Department to ensure compliance with all safety protocols and regulations.
  • Support the Plant Head in achieving organizational objectives, providing guidance and assistance as needed.
  • Organize trainings, special events, and other activities as required, working closely with other departments to ensure successful outcomes.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with various stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and external partners.
