Seeking a skilled plasterer with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the field.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing surfaces for plastering, mixing and applying plaster using various tools, and ensuring a smooth finish. They must also maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare surfaces by removing old paint or wallpaper, filling cracks and holes, and sanding down rough areas.
  • Mix and apply plaster using trowels, floats, or spray equipment.
  • E nsure a smooth and even finish by using hand tools or mechanical tools.
  • Repair any damaged areas by patching up holes or cracks with appropriate materials.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment by covering floors, furniture, and fixtures with drop cloths and cleaning up after each job.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in plastering.
  • Proven ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Strong knowledge of different types of plaster materials and their application techniques.
  • Attention to detail with the ability to produce high-quality work.
  • Physically fit with the ability to stand, bend, kneel, lift heavy objects, and work at heights if necessary.
  • Good communication skills in English (Urdu would be an advantage).
  • Ability to read blueprints or understand construction drawings.
