Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct in-depth research to identify potential client companies and decision-makers within target geographies.
  • Create and maintain prospect databases segmented by industry, geography, and business need.
  • Analyze industry trends in Finance, HR/Payroll, and Renewable Energy to pinpoint emerging opportunities.
  • Map competitor activities and benchmark best practices in offshore staffing.

Presales Support

  • Collaborate closely with the Business Development team to support outreach campaigns.
  • Evaluate leads through research and initial screening, ensuring alignment with our service offerings.
  • Assist in preparing client-specific briefing notes, pitch decks, and proposal inputs.
  • Maintain CRM records with accurate and updated client information.

Data & Reporting

  • Generate weekly and monthly lead generation and research activity reports.
  • Provide actionable insights for management review.
  • Track KPIs such as number of leads identified, qualification ratios, and outreach conversions.
Qualifications & Skills Required
  • Education: A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: 0–3 years of experience in market research, presales, or business development support.
  • Skills:
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data from multiple sources.
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar lead-gen tools.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms.
  • Strong MS Excel/Google Sheets skills for database management.
  • Self-driven, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
