Branch Operations Manager

This is a full-time, on-site role where you will oversee daily operations to ensure efficient delivery services and maintain high service quality.

• Oversight of daily operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery services
• Coordination with the central office for seamless communication and resource allocation
• Staff management and customer relationship building
• Budgeting and financial management, including invoicing and compliance with company policies
• Process improvement initiatives to enhance branch performance

• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Experience in logistics, courier services, or related fields
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to handle financial duties, including budgeting and invoicing
• Proficiency in logistical software and tools
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field
• Previous managerial experience is highly valued
