Senior Product Designer Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Designer to lead the design process, drive efficient methods and processes, and shape cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of visual design, user needs, and research, as well as excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end design process, from concept to delivery, ensuring alignment with customer insights and business goals.

  • Proactively identify tasks and workflows to improve the overall product experience, using data and metrics to inform decisions.

  • Foster cross-functional collaboration, manage workshops, and facilitate communication among stakeholders.

  • Develop and maintain design systems, driving consistency and efficiency across projects.

  • Mentor junior designers, sharing knowledge and best practices to enhance team performance.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.

  • Deep understanding of visual design principles, including typography, color, and layout.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to craft compelling stories and convey complex ideas simply.

  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.

  • A passion for crafting elegant solutions, with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
