Job Overview:

We are seeking a driven Product Leader to spearhead the development and growth of AI and data-driven products.

  • Main Responsibilities:
    • Own the product roadmap and lifecycle for AI/ML features and initiatives.
    • Collaborate with engineering and data science teams to design, build, and launch AI-powered products.
    • Define clear product requirements and success metrics.
    • Use data and analytics to guide product decisions and prioritize effectively.
    • Drive iterative development through agile processes and continuous learning.
    • Ensure ethical considerations, biases, and risks of AI are identified and managed.
    • Communicate product vision, progress, and results to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Requirements:
    • 2–4 years of experience as a Product Manager, including at least 1 year focused on AI, ML, or data products.
    • Strong understanding of AI/ML product lifecycle and core ML concepts.
    • Proven ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams.
    • Comfortable using data to make decisions (SQL, dashboards, analytics tools).
    • Experienced with agile development and managing iterative product releases.
    • Awareness of AI risks, fairness, and ethical considerations.
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Technical Background:
    • Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Additional Skills:
    • Model monitoring, A/B testing, or experimentation platforms.
    • LLMs, NLP, Generative AI, or predictive analytics.
    • Ability to prototype using no-code tools or basic scripting.
