Job Opportunity

We seek a seasoned leader who can drive technological innovation, develop and execute strategic plans, and manage engineering teams.

The ideal candidate will have experience in architecting solutions, articulating technical visions, and managing product outcomes. They must be able to collaborate with cross-functional teams, lead technical design discussions, and drive the execution of high-quality functionalities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing a long-term product roadmap in collaboration with product teams.
  • Managing the product and business outcomes of the engineering teams.
  • Leading technical design discussions by collaborating with multiple teams including Frontend, Product, Design, Computer Vision & Data Science teams.
  • Driving the execution, launch, and daily operations of functionalities for internal/external customers at consistently high quality.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors or Masters in computer science or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in Software Engineering or related domains.
  • Experience working in high-throughput and low-latency systems.
  • 3+ years of experience managing 10+ engineers.
  • 5+ years experience in building high-scale distributed systems for a product company.
  • Technical depth and breadth in agile product development, distributed systems, infrastructure, cloud computing, build tools, front-end engineering, mobile, and QA.

Preferred qualifications include:

  • A strong understanding of what makes for a strong, healthy, and productive Engineering culture.
  • A track record as a strong individual contributor earlier in your career, with continued interest in rolling up your sleeves and pitching in with coding when needed.
