Architectural Design Career Opportunity

We are seeking a talented and creative individual to join our team as a Junior Architectural Designer.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with senior designers and architects to develop design concepts.
  • Create detailed architectural drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
  • Develop three-dimensional (3D) models using building information modeling (BIM) software.
  • Participate in client meetings to gather project requirements and present design ideas.
  • Conduct site visits to gather measurements and assess project feasibility.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and new technologies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in architecture or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in architectural design or a related role.
  • Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD preferred).
  • Experience with BIM software (Revit preferred).
  • Knowledge of building codes and regulations.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
